Everyone's Favourite!
Cold smoked for 30 min over Bourbon.
Then smoked for 2 hours over Cherry and Apple wood. Once ready, its wrapped in foil until the meat is pulled back from the bones. Finally glazed with MCSC Rib Sauce.
Cut and served!
